Pope Villa

Pope Villa was designed by Benjamin Henry Latrobe, the architect of the United States Capitol Building in Washington, DC, to be the home of Senator John Pope and his wife Eliza in the early nineteenth century.  It is a part of the Blue Grass Trust for Historic Preservation.
